COVID testing - when client arrives

Eliminate data entry with our COVID testing module - individuals sign up online, complete the consent form, and upon entry into the pharmacy, the staff member bills and completes service all within Box. For instructions on how to set up scheduling and add this to your booking site please click here. Below are instructions on how to process covid tests once the client arrives to the pharmacy.

 
 

 
 
 

Go to your clinical intervention dashboard - and filter out for COVID test.
This will ONLY display patients who have signed up for a COVID test. Using the search box find the appropriate client. You can search first name or last name or both.

Alternatively, you can go to any patient profile and start a COVID test from there by selecting COVID test from the list of services on the top right of the screen (Click on the three dots).

 

  1. Click on the client to pull up screening questionnaire.

  2. Click on the drop down to select lab requisition - print it if needed.

  3. Continue questionnaire with patient

 

  1. Indicate criteria under which patient qualifies

  2. Click Adjudicate Assessment to bill the assessment to ODB

 
  1. Click adjudicate to submit to ODB -
    if necessary amend/add intervention codes

  2. When billing is sucessfully completed you may print label
    We are only compatible with Zebra GX-420d Thermal Printers - available here through Uline.ca

  3. After you have completed the billing of the assessment please click on Adjudicate Collection if the patient qualifies.

  4. You are now finished.
